Participation Period

The participation period is announced in the respective giveaway post on Instagram.

Participation

Participation is free of charge and governed exclusively by these terms and conditions.

To participate, follow our Instagram account @kidsbert.de, like the respective giveaway post, and leave a comment. Specific participation steps are described in the respective post.

Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or older residing in Germany. Employees of kidsbert GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Prize

The respective prize is described in the giveaway post on Instagram. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible.

Drawing & Winner Notification

The winner will be selected at random after the end of the participation period and notified via Instagram direct message. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, a new winner will be drawn.

Data Protection

Personal data collected as part of the giveaway (Instagram username) will be used exclusively for the execution and processing of the giveaway and will be deleted after completion.
